At NCT Ventures, we are investing in software companies which add value to the marketing, media and markeplace dynamics of business. Being a consultant and Board Member to start-ups has been very exciting as I renew my connection to leading edge technologies.
At Microsoft, our actions led to the first profitable year in Xbox history. We won numerous awards for our marketing campaigns for Xbox, Gears of War, Guitar Hero 2, Halo 3, Rock Band and Grand Theft Auto IV.
At Chrysler, I led the re-positioning of the Dodge brand with the "Grab Life by the Horns" and the "That Thang Gotta Hemi?" campaigns. As the GM/VP for Jeep, we turned the business into a money maker and expanded the line-up from 3 to 7 vehicles. As the leader of Chrysler and Jeep, I launched the 300, "Stow 'n Go" on all minivans, and the "Inspiration Comes Standard" brand repositioning.
At Ford, I was a member of the Ford of Europe turnaround team from 1996-2000, helping to drive profitability in the rental and fleet business, then launching operations in Central Europe, and finally leading Ford of Spain as the Managing Director to profitability for the first time in over a decade.
