In an effort to build a trusting relationship it not only takes talent but personal comitment to make it work. Over the course of my experiance working in the IT field both as an employee and a manager I feel this lesson is the one that comes up the most.
I have worked extensively in the front lines of IT helping users with thier various problems, teaching them how to fish and become more confident in the computer systems they are using. I have developed roll out procedures, software inventory solutions, support protocals, inventory control and so much more.
Currently I am using my talents I have developed over the years to build an IT support company that will assist the small to medium sized companies who cannot afford a fulltime IT professional.
