Client Architect at Cit
London, United Kingdom
I have been employed by Citi since January 2000 and have worked in a variety of roles during those eight years. I started out on the help desk providing first level support and progressed through the support ranks to the highest technical level possible, where I performed a research and development role for EMEA and, eventually, in a global capacity. After being a key player in one of Citi’s most comprehensive architectural changes, I moved from the research and development role to a global support role managing the newly installed systems management solution. After setting up the required global processes to ensure the new product survived I moved back into development to continue to develop new systems.
