Green design/build Consultant
Greater St. Louis Area
I am excited about all the positive changes that may come out of the hard economic times in which we find ourselves. We have a mandate to improve our lot, and we seem to have the necessary will, talent and goals in common to make it work better this time.
2008 Special Activities - I ran for state Senate, lost, but did win a Missouri Supreme Court case restoring reasonable campaign donor limits; Appointed to the Governor’s Commission on Disability; managed the design/build for the area’s first large geothermal, green certified community; and launched MyGreenToolkit.com.
I want to use my seasoned skills in business development and project management alongside other motivated colleagues to innovate solutions and improve outcomes. I also want to help all stakeholders realize their best and highest performance adding value to the organization that makes it all possible.
As a designer, builder and development consultant in Missouri and Illinois, I’ve had over 20 successful years developing projects from urban historic rehabs and infill to a destination certified geothermal community in Jefferson County. I’ve managed projects with visionary owners and colleagues, from feasibility and A&E through construction and marketing.
