James H. Nguyen is an entrepreneur and strategic consultant based in Southern California who serves as Managing Director of Newport Beach based Synergy Corporate LLC. James leverages his strengths in human capital acquisition, aggressive growth strategy and corporate development to spearhead and oversee day to day operations of Synergy Corp.
Prior to Synergy, Mr. Nguyen has served internally as a senior consultant to top Fortune 500 organizations in strategic growth (recruitment) and has had multiple client engagements with start-ups to established corporate organizations. His experience as a Senior Consultant spans multiple industries with multiple client engagements for the largest names from New York to LA. Under his leadership Mr. Nguyen successfully expanded various sales organizations including Fortune 500 (Global) clients in developing a national US based sales force and has supported multiple clients in; banking, mortgage lending and real estate. Mr. Nguyen has played key roles in corporate development and strategic growth for various privately held companies during their early development phases, which have now gone public.
