I provide professional speaking, consulting, training, communication skills, and coaching services to the financial advisory community. Investment professional for over 20 years. I worked as a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch, Training Manager and Vice President - Sales with Essex Corporation, Regional Marketing Director with Hartford Life/Planco, Business Development Executive with the Kinder Institute of Life Planning. At Essex, a pioneer and industry leader in the distribution of mutual funds and annuities through commercial banks, I designed, developed, and delivered investment product and sales training to Financial Advisors throughout the United States. At Hartford Life/Planco, I supported the retirement planning efforts of Financial Advisors in the Metropolitan New York area. At Kinder, I worked to increase the visibility of holistic financial planning in the financial advisory profession.
I work with the financial advisory community to help them meet the needs of an emerging market of enlightened investors interested in understanding how money can better serve their lives on a daily basis.These investors are drawn to the idea of holistic financial planning and, in many cases, are requesting products and services that help them better align their investments with their values. Many are seeking companies with positive environmental, social and governance initiatives. They want objective, professional advice. I focus on encouraging financial advisors to better understand and serve these investors. I frequently speaks to business owners about how they can position their companies to benefit from these trends and achieve new levels of sustainable growth and profitability.
