Member of trial team in successfully litigated, landmark transfer pricing dispute before U.S. Tax Court (VERITAS Software Corp. v. Commissioner, 133 T.C. 297 (2009) (successful resolution of $2.4 billion income adjustment asserted by the IRS). Involved in all aspects of case development from pre-trial matters through post-trial briefing, including management and oversight of attorneys and paralegals, responding to voluminous discovery requests, preparing witnesses for trial, and drafting legal briefs.
