Substantive management and oversight of case preparation and strategic development from pre-trial preparation through extensive post-trial briefing. First chair in examining witnesses in U.S. Tax Court.

Member of trial team in successfully litigated, landmark transfer pricing dispute before U.S. Tax Court (VERITAS Software Corp. v. Commissioner, 133 T.C. 297 (2009) (successful resolution of $2.4 billion income adjustment asserted by the IRS). Involved in all aspects of case development from pre-trial matters through post-trial briefing, including management and oversight of attorneys and paralegals, responding to voluminous discovery requests, preparing witnesses for trial, and drafting legal briefs.
