Jacinta works both as a Career & Life Coach, and an HR Manager.
As a Coach, she specializes in supporting individuals through major career and life transitions. With her unique spirit, experience and wisdom, she is able to guide her clients through their difficult, challenging or crisis moments. She works alongside them in their exciting transitional journeys to become more powerful within and aware of their authentic selves, and create the results they are looking for. Jacinta believes that we all have the power within to make changes to transform our careers and lives to be fulfilling, balanced and deeply happy.
As an HR Manager, she takes care of the Asia Pacific offices of US-based plastic modular conveyor belts manufacturer Intralox with a focus on recruitment, people development and promoting the company's culture.
Jacinta was born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and has been living in Tokyo since 1989. She has a Masters degree in Japanese Studies from Leiden University, The Netherlands, and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the ICF accredited International Coach Academy (ICA). She brings a strong background of 15 professional years in business, career management and cross-cultural experience to both her roles.
