Ian West's Summary
I am very results driven and thrive on analysing problems, working out solutions and implementing them. I believe this is best achieved by leading and motivating a team of like minded individuals supporting and encouraging them to give of their best.
Equally important is using my skills to engage with clients to develop the top class services they desire.
To add to the above statement I am a hard working, driven, commited professional with over 28 years experience working in the Social Housing sector. The last 15 years have been spent operating at a management level within local authorities, ALMOs, and the private sector.
My experience is underpinned by an excellent track record of success which includes a 3 star Audit Commission inspection assessment.
