Over 13 years indusrty experience, now a Principle Technical Consultant and Enterprise Architect with Thoughtworks with 6 and a half years of TDD, Agile and XP. Worked on a wide variety of projects using C++, c# and java in a number of different domains, including banking, manufacturing, telecoms and media.

Currently providing organizational and architectural advisory to some of the worlds best known companies as well as acting as technical lead on a variety of client projects for ThoughtWorks. I also provide Technical Assurance for ThoughtWork's UK projects and serve as a member of the ThoughtWorks Technical Advisory Board which helps set technical direction for the company as a whole.
