Hendrikus worked on the initial phase of the infrastructure migration project for IT departments of multiple Health Insurance Societies (MGEN, LMDE, MFPS). This project was aimed at pooling together all IT services in a single Active Directory environment (multiple sites), while keeping the managed Mutual Society infrastructures in separate AD Forests. Following project tasks have been completed:
- Performed detailed Inventory/Analysis Assessments, including workflows, networks, common applications, AD and server infrastructures, workstations, security and support (ITIL) - Four existing forests, nine Windows 2003 domains.
- Proposed multiple scenarios for Active Directory and Network (DNS) Design and Migration.
- Built a new model for Active Directory security group membership and delegation of administration, with redefined profiles, roles and responsibilities.

InfoStance (part of Hachette media group) publishes the asp.net application ScolaStance, used by parents, teachers and students to track and update school related information online. Following the customer’s request to quickly and significantly improve online performances, Hendrikus accomplished following objectives:
- Performance gain and stability improvement of IIS front-end and SQL back-end servers, achieved by application pool fine-tuning and system optimization
- Compiled recommendations on infrastructure optimization to allow connection load increase from 1000 to 2000 users
- Designed Logical Datacenter Diagrams (LDDs) with Visual Studio Team System 2008, to be used with the application diagrams produced by his team members
- Developed VBScript and Powershell scripts to implement the recommendations, to gather information and to set up Visual Studio web tests for site and database specific performance testing.

Within the projects department called SEDI-RIS, Hendrikus contributed to the design of a merger of several existing Active Directories towards a new single resource domain (hosting banking and office services) with multiple account domains for the existing and to be merged branches. Following tasks have been completed successfully:
- Gathered information on the complex existing technical environments, using effective interpersonal skills.
- Developed different scenarios for the actual Active Directory migration towards a single resource domain with multiple account domains. Existing services had to be maintained.
- Set-up and optimized migration processes, and performed actual migration towards the new production environments.
