As an Apple technician I am responsible for the continuity of the customer experience which includes; performing technical migration of data between customers old and new machines, organizing and managing the flow of multiple reservation queues, providing technical support for customers computers, and delivering engaging one on one training sessions.
For the past five years I have worked closely with the Weeks family, the owners of Veristone, on a professional and personal level. It was vital for me to be punctual, organized, and discrete. Administrative tasks were passed off to me to enable the Weeks more time to operate their business.
Working under as many as five managers and alongside thirty associates, I worked well with many different personalities and adapted to new situations easily. I was consistently chosen to be in charge of new apparel placement which included creating unique looks for tables, windows, and mannequins.
At UMCC I was in charge of fifteen children. Aside from teaching the children throughout the year I worked within the NAEYC accreditation with other teachers to develop an organized curriculum for the classrooms.
Operational Analysis: focused on the evaluation of programs and problems using financial data, statistics, pricing, costs, inventories, and productions level to achieve optimal decisions.
Market Research: data collection and analysis, with an emphasis on marketing plan development through secondary and primary data sources.
Market Planning: split into small self-managed groups, we had to identify clients’ needs and present a relevant marketing plan for them.
Strategy Formulation: with an in depth look into a companies financials we would generate a new business strategy for the company.
All of these courses required the use of the Microsoft Office suit, specifically preforming data analysis in excel then presenting the findings in Power Point.
I am interested in obtaining a full time position as a project manager, lead in business development, or recruiting position that will enable me to use my strong organizational skills, educational background, and ability to work well with others to strengthen a company from the inside out. I thrive on building a positive and productive work environment among my colleagues. I enjoy the challenge of creating a lasting bond with clientele, as well as repairing relationships.
