I build great teams, who build great companies, I have worked across a range of technologies all leading edge and disruptive in the market place. There are a few key attributes that you need to build a company from the ground up, I have lived them for the last 15 or more years. I have been on the senior management of six companies who grew and were either listed (IPO) or acquired,raising over $200m in the process, I have international and inter-company experience encompassing consolidation, shared services, cost reduction, global sourcing and ROI strategies. Experienced in P&L, Business Development, Delivery and Operations with strong understanding of technology and risk management. Demonstrated track record of success in all phases of the business cycle through leadership, strong governance and implementation of best practice. I know what it takes to build a company and be successful, but I am not as naïve to think I know it all, I don’t know the Venture Capital world as well as the VC does for example, but he does not know my world as well as I do, to succeed you need to have a good team, and my passion is to make the team succeed, what ever it takes.

The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he's always doing both.
