I currently oversee the primary communication channels for three of McDonald’s largest internal audiences: owner/operators, restaurant managers, and restaurant crew. I am also a member of an internal cross-functional team dedicated to developing social media strategy for internal and external communications.
Prior to joining McDonald's I worked extensively in the publishing industry. I have a great deal of experience managing the creation and maintenance of both print and Web projects.
