I can easily say that I am a modern Renaissance man with such a diverse background in skills, techniques, materials, cultures, experiences that all lend to my creative approach to my clients and friends needs. I lean heavily toward modern design and feel strongly that we should always look for green ingredients where applicable or where budget will allow, in fact in some cases green is the focus and everything else is merely peripheral.

  With my extensive knowledge of urban growth and investment as well as neighborhoods in Philadelphia and surrounding counties combined with my love of design and urban spaces, I joined this company to begin my journey toward developement. I've watched this company for years and wanted to do what they do...or join forces and learn the best way I could think of. Now I work as a Full service Real Estate Salesperson as well as consult from time to time on new projects. This business has meshed well with my design world as I've already picked up a few new clients who have recently purchased homes and lofts through my fellow agents. I see this as a great stepping stone on the path toward my goal to take over the world...one space, lifestyle or dream at a time:)

  We are born with certain abilities and desires to explore them. I remember my earliest years drawing, making shapes, exploring the world around me and trying new combinations of things to see what might happen. My life has been such an education, from building forts in the woods, to building my first car before i was 16...to even now learning that life without a dishwasher is a life no one should have to endure. My natural curiosity and creative adventurist attitude has steered me and driven me to where I am today. My business had no name until only 5 years ago and even then I wondered what one needs to have on their plate in order to call themselves a business. I've designed, sculpted, welded, glued, molded, consulted, managed teams, built from scratch and even dumpster dived for solutions...and to this day I still do not advertise. I believe word of mouth to be the best and most trusted form of honest marketing.

  Originally asked to consult on property investments in Southern New Jersey region, I was then brought on for a year long project to also reorganize, restructure and manage a team and a portfolio of commercial and vacation properties in NJ, PA, FL. At project end date was asked...and asked again to remain with company. My client was very satisfied.

  What began as a summer job cleaning family friends' yachts, turned into a seasonal business used to fund my education & urban lifestyle. I ran the entire business as if it were one client at a time & when I began to hire on subcontractors, trained them the way that I would want my own vessel to be maintained. I never advertised, all work came from word of mouth. On occasion, I sneak down to LBI for a long time client for a nice workout in the sunshine...and a nice check:) I really enjoy marine design from aesthetics to use and ergonomics and even how to clean and maintain. I learn more an more from this type of work, like secrets to use in my designs and interiors on dry land. My extensive knowledge of materials and chemistry help me to skip past labels and 'miracle' products and get down to the science of what is really needed for a specific solution. I believe that in ever line of work, there is something to be learned that can be used across many other fields.
