Co-founder and Executive Director of Positive Heroes - a South African non-profit organization, founded in 2007.

Positive Heroes’ vision is to reduce the fear, misinformation, stigma and discrimination that still surround HIV. The charity raises the profile of South Africans who are living positively with HIV, from a wide variety of communities and walks of life both urban and rural, in order to encourage people to manage their HIV and live full, rewarding lives.

Formed The Coaching and Facilitation Consultancy with business partner Sue Wildish offering a wide range of skills training services, group facilitation and coaching.

We work with individuals, teams and companies to identify strengths and highlight areas for professional development and growth. Through clarifying shared business and personal values; employers and employees are encouraged to utilise their life and business experience to promote learning, increase focus and maximise productivity.
