Implemented and managed a significant transformation programme following client identification for South African Revenue Society (SARS), involving coaching and mentoring 540 South African employees. Initiated and undertook responsibility of a comprehensive performance contracting process, resulting in consolidation of secured business to enable excellent positioning in the subsequent tender award of R35m
