Gabriel Levine

Gabe is an attorney at Levine & Baker LLP, where he acts as outside general counsel to new media companies, including emerging and established technical and creative services enterprises, with an emphasis on proactive protection of assets and prevention of business disruption. In addition, Gabe has significant experience as a business litigator. Gabe graduated as a magna cum laude Dean's Scholar from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he received CALI Awards for Excellence (formally American Jurisprudence Awards, given to the student earning the highest grade in each course) in Contracts, Constitutional Law, Employment Litigation, Land Use and Torts. Gabe also served as a full-time extern to Justice Ming W. Chin of the California Supreme Court during his third year of law school. Gabe was selected has been selected as a SuperLawyer Rising Star three years in a row: 2009, 2010 and 2011.
