Hard worker. Positive thinker. Deliver what I promise!
Helping people get financing on a nicer newer vehicle.
After one year in this store we are now the #1 independent dealer in the state of Kentucky.
First month at the store we set a gross and unit record.
My job would include motivating and training my sales staff. I used my knowledge and experience to load my salesman lips with closes and how to overcome "objections"!
After I left they still maintained my processes and had a record year.
I only left to take a job that was new and exciting. But stayed in the same amazing Auto Group.
I was in charge of daily operations. I would call dealers nationally and book sales and training. I handled scheduling for our top trained sales and training teams. The advertising side of the company, such as direct mail, radio, tv, etc, whether it was for us, or the dealers was another department I was heavily involved in.
Our company specialized in auto dealer consulting and training. We also provided week long super sales that would produce upwards or $300,000 in gross profit with a $100,000 guarantee. We did these sales in conjunction with sales training and consulting. Our services helped many dealers hit and exceed monthly goals. And with the advertising All Star Marketing did, the dealership would see customers that normal advertisements and traffic didn't bring in the doors. Win win situation for all.
I would spend hours every day cold calling dealers nationwide about our events and how they would benefit from All Star coming to their store to train and hold a sales event to increase the dealers bottom line.
My job duties would also include travel to and from dealers to meet and greet to sign contract etc.
Started as Account Manager then bumped up to VP after 2 years.
I was in charge of daily operation of my team. I would open and close a sale.
I am an experienced marketing professional who uses communication skills and business acumen to complete business agreements with customers. I usually applies my skill-set in the last stages of a business deal.
Sales reps would maintain the lot, and sell automobiles to customers and clients. I became top level salesman by end of my first year. And the rest is history now. Found my calling.
I specialized on the A10 warthog. I would repair, inspect, and install communication and navigation system in the fighter jet.
It absolutely helped me become a man, at a young age. The Air Force was an experience I wouldn't trade for anything at that time.
