Frank came to the Internal Revenue Service in 1977 as a tax collector in Los Angeles. Since nobody goes to college for five years to get a degree in tax collection, be sure to ask him how he wound up in this unique occupation! After some years of convincing people to become taxpayers in such exotic locations as the docks of San Pedro, the beaches of Orange County, and the hills of Hollywood, Frank moved on to become a technical instructor, education specialist and, most recently, the senior recruitment marketing specialist in the Talent Acquisition and Evaluation Branch of the IRS Human Capital Office.

Since 1999, Frank has played a lead role in the design, deployment and management of the IRS’s recruitment marketing campaign.
