To me, the most important thing is to reach the crux of the matter, the fulcrum that allows you to move the mountain.
I am a specialist in software; and I have experience in many technology areas: most recently Complex Event Processing, Wicket, HIbernate/SQL and Javascript/HTML/CSS. Other areas include RDF/SPARQL, ontologies, Java, Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services, ...
But miss-applied technology is worse than no technology. So, I guess that my driving passion has always been to try to identify the core of any given situation and then let that drive the technology. Once the right path is clear, then all the energy and enthusiasms for technology can be harnessed to produce something that everyone can be proud of.
My goal is to be in an environment where I can make a difference, and where my skills can be of use. I can be an individual contributor, or a leader of a group. I am especially interested in technologies that can bring people together.
