Background

Summary

I have gained a multitude of knowledge, through my various occupations, that makes me an individual with diverse qualifications and a drive to learn new things quickly.

Engineering has afforded me the ability to learn many new software programs, such as AutoCAD and working with Information Technology departments at the many different places has afforded me the ability to understand various office software, computer security and networking. The backbone of my work experience is in the electrical field, dealing with everything from industrial controls to high-voltage substations. As an instructor of programmable controller software, an understanding of PLC and HMI softwares and their integration into industrial systems has been gained. Along the way, working in various mechanical positions has created an understanding of electrical/mechanical system integration. In a quest for knowledge, I have acquired two degrees in college and many technical courses.
