• 15+ years’ experience in the Supply Chain Management/Planning and Scheduling in the Medical Device/Pharma Manufacturing Industry and Foods with extensive experience in both Start-Up and full production environments.

Responsible in placing purchase requisitions GMP and Non-GMP items. Maintain MRP system and input data into Master Schedule according to the build plan. Conduct daily production meeting to ensure daily activities are being monitored. Provide instructions to Buyers to reschedule, expedites and cancellation instructions as generated by MRP.
Maintain material inventory minimum, maximum, and safety-stock levels according to the master schedule and material resources plan. Consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual forecast and translate them into the master schedule and production plans. Analyzes the material requirements stipulated by the Material Resources Plan for accuracy. Analyzes shortage reports and generates priority material list.
Release work orders to support production.
Establishes priorities for specific customer orders. Provides regular and timely production reports to management. Monitors production plans/forecasts and recommends changes to management. Work closely with Purchasing/Buyers in expediting inventory materials and timely execution of our production schedule. Involved in launching new product development and participated in process designs/implementations.
