This new process helped our District to drive a 10% increase in superlative Customer Satisfaction Survey results in FY03 - from 58% to 68% of all respondents indicating that they were “Very Satisfied” with Microsoft products and services.
Dramatically increased Team Performance by an average of 45%, as measured by our Organizational Health Index across all categories over prior manager.
