GlobalSource IT is a 10-year-old IT staff augmentation firm. We provide solutions to solve the contract and consulting staffing needs, of ERP, IT Security, and Middleware projects for Fortune 1000 companies.

The common challenge we hear from companies is their current staffing vendor’s inability to find these highly sought-after resources in a timely manner. The reason we have the ability to offer these resources is because it is our focus. The majority of firms spend their time recruiting for 95% of a companies IT positions. We focus on the other 5%. The generalist IT firms don't have the expertise, talent pipeline, or simply give up because these positions are too difficult to fill. We have the tools and proven ability to locate these resources, screen them for the ability to perform the role, and supply them at rates that are well below what you would find from the integrator or software provider, without sacrificing experience.
