After five years of working in scientific and medical publishing in Philadelphia, PA, in September of 1998, I moved to New Zealand and became a technical writer. My specialities include developing and testing online help suites, managing documentation and software localizations, technical marketing writing, and creating user-friendly content for international audiences. Along the way, my more unusual assignments have included writing about the New Zealand launch of Viagra, editing academic papers about meat-cutting robots, and documenting the technology that enabled the mid-2000’s launch of pomegranate-juice products in the United States.
