I am an entrepreneur with vision, passion and ability to bring new ideas to life.
In my wine career I have combined professional knowledge with extensive local and international travel to culminate in a M.Sc. Oenology degree as well as making wine in France, Australia and South Africa. I am actively involved in the wine industry with wine-related research, wine judging and education.
My flair for creative expression and adventurous spirit was the driving force behind starting my own businesses. My company, Cheviot Publishing, specialises in researching and publishing books in niche markets. We create revolutionary concepts by expanding existing knowledge and incorporating new technology.
The boutique winery is dedicated to the production of small quantities of terroir wine which reflect their source vineyards and express vintages. Our winemaking philosophy has three guiding principles: Quality, Purity and Authenticity.
Publishing of books, research and writing of niche-market books (commissioned and own work), entrepreneurship, project management, creating & bringing new ideas to life, winemaking & wine education
