Tasks and responsibilities included: knowing all Department of Energy and Health and Human Services regulations as they relate to the Weatherization Program as well as regulations for the Heating Appliance Repair and Replacement program, responsible for all paperwork, including home audits, work write-ups, application processing, correspondence verbal and in writing that also included electronic communication, responsible for final inspections, work with sub-contractor on job assignments, responsible for outreach, conduct consumer education training programs to interested clients, complete energy analysis on each structure, complete audits, cost estimates, on-site visits, and final inspections.
November 29, 2006 ~ January 2007 ~ I was originally hired in the weatherization department as a Crew Technician. As a crew technician, I perform energy conservation task to assist the client's homes to be more energy efficient. Tasks and responsibilities included: knowing all Department of Energy and Health and Human Services regulations as they relate to the Weatherization Program as well as regulations for the Heating Appliance Repair and Replacement program, installed floor, attic and sidewall insulation, performed air sealing according to DOE/HHS and agency guidelines, operation of blower door, monoxer, leakator, pressure pan, and moisture testing equipment, performed various carpentry tasks, installed various types of vents, as well as some plumbing.
Tasks included use of computer, loading and unloading trucks, tracking inventory, stocking the store, balancing the cash drawers, maintaining the front end of the store, customer services as well as making deposits.
Tasks included customer service, running the cash register, balancing the cash drawer, making cash drop deposits into the safe.
Tasks included staffing the store, scheduling staff, payroll, invoicing, ordering stock, and receiving. Responsible for the overall operations of the store.
