Final IT Solutions (FITS) was founded by Eli Hazan. Eli has been apart of the eCommerce business in electronics for nearly 8 years. During his experience he has always been forced to learn and be in the know of the latest technologies available to his internet based business. From managing computers to choosing a telephone service provider.
Thousands of dollars have been spent going through trial and error simply to choose what the best path to take is. FITS was formed to offer the knowledge and technology that we have learned to the general public for a fraction of the cost than that of what it would have cost us you attain the knowledge yourself.
Together with our team of certified technicians and our NOC (network operations center) we can easily take charge of your business process. By doing so we can almost guarantee that your business will be more profitable, simply by us decreasing down time from your computer systems and increasing productivity. In a recent study we have come to find that for a business that does not have any IT management an average employee loses approximately 48 hours a year in troubleshooting computer related issues. That is over one full business week!
Our primary goal is to work diligently to decrease that number to zero.
Most IT firms work on a break fix model where you can simply call their service an extended warranty on your devices. Here at FITS we would rather take the proactive approach as opposed to the reactive approach. Preventing a problem before it even occurs is the more intelligent route.
