As a founding member of CreditMax I oversaw the creation and implementation of CreditMax’s online debt sales exchange. Additionally I was responsible for the recruitment, training and management of CreditMax’s sales and business development teams. CreditMax approved over 4,000 buyers at the National, State and local levels and sold over 2 Billion of debt on the exchange in its two years of existence. Through the effective coordination of Sales, marketing and relationship building CreditMax signed into listing agreements with over 50 of the nation’s largest debt owners in the industry. I left CreditMax in April of 2008 to pursue other entrepreneurial endeavors but continue to maintain an equity interest.

As the OSP Manager at JPMorgan Chase I was responsible for the management of over $1 Billion of charged off debt on an annual basis. I was responsible for creating and implementing policy and procedures, strategies for external collections and asset sales, negotiating contracts, forward flows, internal audit controls, and recruitment, training and evaluation of 30 Recovery employees.
Though the creation and implementation of Chase’s Six Sigma Recovery Optimization project I was able to diversify an existing recovery strategy that resulted in higher net returns for charged off debt. The establishment of effective outsourcing relationships and performance management tools produced higher liquidation rates at every level of placement. Sales revenue increased over 30 percent because of a competitive bid process, benchmarking and placement competition. During my tenure at JPMorgan Chase I surpassed every recovery goal while achieving outstanding grades on internal GAD audits.

I was able to achieved 100% of all recovery goals while increasing agency liquidation rates by 33% through effective performance management, agency auditing, and incentive programs. The in-house unit was expanded while increasing recovery rates by 33% and deducing complaint levels 50%.
