After receiving a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, I have gained about 20 years experience in Business Development and Marketing, with a focus on the Telecommunications industry, concerning the market for both landline and mobile telephony.
I have held positions of responsibility in Italy and Spain, and launched as many as three startups on both markets. I have been involved in the B2B as well as in the B2C and B2B2C market segments.
In recent years I have consolidated and strengthened my experience by extending it to Sales, for both the Corporate and the Virtual Operators markets.
Among my primary aptitudes I should mention the ability to set up and manage motivated teams, a strong goal-oriented approach and a natural talent for establishing relationships. My ability to master complex problems and to develop a good strategic vision has also been often acknowledged.

I am a manager holding a degree in Engineering and with about 20 years experience in marketing, with special focus on telecommunications.
In recent years I have held the position of Marketing Manager in three different startup companies, with ever increasing levels of responsibility. In particular I supervised the launch of Retevisión in Spain, of Acea Telefonica (Atlanet) in Rome, and of Tre Italia (H3G) in Milan.
I am accustomed to working in complex international environments, and have demonstrated aptitudes for analysis and synthesis, as well as for developing a sharp evolutionary vision of the business.
During the course of my career I have devised innovative schemes which have often proved successful beyond expectations, in that I have consistently endeavored to draw on creative ideas in order to turn them into simple and – above all – feasible solutions, both in terms of technology and of market approach. Examples of this are the “Plan Renove”, which has strongly determined the success of Retevisión on the Spanish business market, or “TuaMatic”, which was the most highly appreciated prepaid plan in Italy for years, due to its simplicity and affordability, and to the loyalty-inducing nature of the autorecharge scheme. And finally the Power recharge, the first bi-facial recharging scheme, also for Tre Italia.
During my work experience I have hired about two-hundred people, to whom I have always done my best to transfer my know-how, and whose motivation I have always paid the highest attention to, for I am convinced that a good manager should be concerned not only with business results, but also with the professional growth of the team he is expected to lead.
As regards my professional goals, based on the experience I have gained so far, I would be interested in actively contributing to creating value for businesses which are confronted with decisive challenges in the world of Hi-Tech and/or Services.
