Edgar W. Reece founded ISN Global Enterprises, Inc. in 1995 with less than $1,000 and a computer on his desk in the corner of his bedroom. He has been the driving force behind all business development activity as well as the execution of ISN’s business plan, which includes providing expert telecommunications and technology consulting, establishing strategic alliances and business partnerships with a number of leading vendors. All of this enables ISN to provide its clients with the highest quality and most reliable services available.
Sharing his expertise with others, Edgar has been key speaker at meetings and/or conferences for the American Cancer Society, Claremont Coordinating Council, Claremont Chamber of Commerce, and Western University of Health Sciences. He has also been guest speaker at the semi-annual conference of the Municipal Information Systems Association of California (MISAC). It was at this event that Mr. Reece followed an introduction that presented him as having an “innate passion for business…a passion for being involved and a heart for reaching out.”
Edgar’s talent for combining business with community involvement is on-going, thus explaining ISN’s 2002 Claremont Business of the Year Award. He was a founding member of the City of Claremont Telecommunications Task Force and when faced with the Grand Prix fires, the government called upon him to help manage the emergency telecommunications deployment at the regional FEMA disaster center located in Claremont.
