Special Advisor, Change Management
Vancouver, Canada Area
I serve as an advisor, facilitator, presenter, coach, consultant, and confidant. My passion, learning, and expertise is change management, leadership development, organizational behavior and strategic communications. I'm the author of the 2008 book Corporate Personality Disorder: Surviving & Saving Sick Organizations. I believe that organizations are more humanistic than mechanistic and that emotional awareness, especially self-awareness, is the foundation of leadership. I call this organic approach to life and leadership, "bioleadership." Check out more at my web site at www.bioleadership.org

Most organizations are suffering the kind of angst described in my book Corporate Personality Disorder (www.bioleadership.org). Why is this? Because too often we still design and run workplaces like a Mechano set rather than the organic entities that they are. Through my "Bioleadership" workshops, research, and mentoring you will discover and realign your organization's "personality" with the needs of the human personalities within the workplace. The result is always enhanced engagement, morale, job satisfaction and productivity.
