Doug joined Wachovia Treasury Services in 2002 as a product developer for Wachovia Connection, Treasury's award winnind cash management portal. Since then, Doug has led security, payments, international, foreign exchange and information reporting projects. He spent 3 years redesigning and implementing a capable, customer-focused product development process and implementing it across the division. Doug has led multiple process redesign efforts both bank-wide and within Treasury Services. He is currently a Senior Product Manager for Wachovia's Wholesale Lockbox B2B Receivables team.
Prior to Wachovia, Doug consulted in healthcare systems implementation at Cerner Corporation and supply chain management/integration at Viewlocity Corporation.
