Years ago I worked in my families office supply store as a purchasing agent and sales associate within the business. I married a general contractor and became involved in his business. I managed the books, bills, invoicing and most of the paperwork side of the business. I loved being involved in the "decorative" side of the business, choosing colors and other interior selections for the homes we built. I learned a lot about the business and choosing a site location too. I got my real estate license to be able to buy and sell our own projects but quickly found that I enjoyed the "people" side of the business too! It's a great feeling to know you are helping someone move forward with their lives when they buy or sell a home!
