• Founded and led the Advanced Concepts Team at PayPal. Responsible for development of four major products, which resulted in $20M in savings in 2008. One of which was selected as the 2007 People’s choice Award.
• 8 patents filed in the areas of social network analysis, visualization, customer service support, human computer interaction, machine learning, risk assessment, and behavior insights.
