I setup a lead flow system that tracked B2B leads from Campaign Planning to deal closure on a spreadsheet; hired, trained & managed on-ground Business Development + Outbound Tele-marketing teams that ' jointly farmed SME ERP customers from the Great Indian hinterland' – where competitors got to hear about their out of reach opportunities after our win announcement. At Gartner, I was the Asia Industry Research Analyst forecasting how industries across countries spend money on various IT segments. Before that, was the first India eCommerce Analyst in India in 2000 analyzing Internet market at its infancy in India.
