I joined Mythic Entertainment as an entry level game developer for the game Dark Age of Camelot in April of 2000.
At the time, Mythic was, essentially, a startup company - with a small core of experienced people, with funding to make one game. I was the first outside employee hired for the game, and the 2nd to start at the company.
From that position, I have seen every aspect of MMORPG development. I have steadily risen in responsibility, assuming increased management roles.
