    Summary
    A dementia consultant and educator, Romina has worked in non-profit organizations for the past 10 years. She has experience in communications, volunteer management and training, coordinating social media campaigns, and leading online communities. Romina studied Gerontology at Ryerson University and specialized in Dementia studies at Conestoga College. An advocate for person-centred care, Romina is U-FIRST certified and has studied Montessori Methods for Dementia; Behavioural Support Training; Palliative Care for Dementia; and other person-centred trainings.
