I spent two years doing consulting, training and acting as the "web standards guy" for one of the largest development organizations at AOL. I then worked on a large social networking project, AIM Pages, and am now the architect on several large social media projects in the company.

I spend a lot of time working web standards and development best practices within the company, speaking at conferences, mentoring other employees, and advocating transparency and forward thinking in product design and development.
