    I am a construction professional, starting my career as technical estimator at a structural steelwork manufacturer before working for a successful housing developer as a Quantity Surveyor. Projects I have managed as a Quantity Surveyor have varied in budget from £315k to £11.75M and the Project scopes have varied from hi-spec refurbishment and new build to lower spec affordable housing. I am conversant with managing developments encompassing section 106 affordable housing, operating under considerate contractors, Code for Sustainable Homes (Level 4), secure by design and funded by the HCA. I hold a BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and at present working to obtain membership into the RICS via graduate route 2. I have also successfully passed an introductory course on Commercial International Arbitration, hosted by the CIArb and am an Associate member of the CIArb (ACIArb). I am an extremely reliable and dependable young professional with excellent I.T. and organisational skills, familiar with the majority of the Microsoft Office suite. I also have experience using ERP software COINS+ and COINS OA, MS Project, StruCAD, Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
