Dionna joined RED Brokerage, LLC in 2004 to focus on assisting landlords and owners on the sales and leasing of their retail properties throughout the Kansas City market and surrounding areas. Dionna also assists retail tenants with site selection and relocation needs.
Dionna began her career with CB Richard Ellis in 1996 as a marketing specialist working alongside the top retail broker in the firm. After four years with CB Richard Ellis, Dionna joined NAI Cohen-Esrey as the marketing director working with the office, industrial, retail and investment departments on their mapping and collateral materials. Extensive training and knowledge of mapping software including site selection modeling and demographic analysis has been key in providing Dionna with a broader understanding of the Kansas City market and outlying areas. After two years at NAI Cohen-Esrey working alongside her mentors in all specialties, Dionna joined the sales department specializing in retail properties.
Some of the projects Dionna is currently focusing on include sales and leasing of the following developments: The West Edge office/hotel/retail development on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO; Parkville Commons Shopping Center in Parkville, MO; and the planned mixed-use at North Village in Lenexa, KS.
Dionna is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Co-Chair of the Planning Committee for the Next Generation Program and Networking Receptions. Dionna is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children with Jackson County CASA.
