• Collaborated and performed integration with top-tier companies, including: General Electric, Vodafone, Comverse, Mace and others.
• Implemented new products from concept to delivery.
• Initiated and led research activities for state of the art technologies.
As Software Development Manager at SerVision:
• Managed three development and one QA teams with 20 members.
• Successfully applied Extreme Programming paradigm in order to develop vague defined systems and services.
• Successfully led development of several products from scratch.
