I am doing two types of work for this firm on as needed basis. I do web design work, updating client's websites. I also do business and marketing consulting for the firm.
My web development objective for the firm was to update a client's flash web site. I accomplished this by updating the client's flash template. I do this periodically as determined by clients' needs. The business objective for clients is to help the company retain its current customers. I accomplished this by developing a marketing plan to increase the firm's wallet share. This is an ongoing process as the needs of the business evolve. -

A humanitarian Organization; I am a volunteer for the Manitowoc/Calumet chapter of the American Red Cross redesigning and maintaining the chapter's web site. The site can be found at http://chapters.redcross.org/wi/manitowoc-calumet/
Redesigned the chapters' website. Accomplished this by meeting with the client and helping them through the design process. This involved creating several different possible designs before we settled on a final design. From there, developed 40 pages that encompassed the site using tools including Dreamweaver and FrontPage. -
