Dell Gines’s Summary

Dell Gines founded Ascendancy Business Systems in early 2007 because of the tremendous need for low cost high quality consulting for the small mom and pop entrepreneur. Coming from a business banking background as well as an economic development background, where he worked with over 400 small business owners, he saw the key to small business success was support, support, support.

After forming a small non-profit called the Center for Economic Development, Inc. to perform low cost training for entrepreneurs, he decided that consulting was equally if not more important than group training. That is how Ascendancy Business Systems was born.

Dell Gines has his MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, his Business Management degree from Grace University, Omaha and finished first in his class (2003) from the highly esteemed Wells Fargo Bank Credit Analysis program. He is currently pursuing his PHD in Urban Small Business Growth.

He also has completed or is certified in small business classes such as:
