Created a process with which to verify the integrity of uploaded data to the new Finance Data Warehouse, which resulted in an accurate and efficient tool for resource management and strategic decision-making. This data warehouse system contained the Management Consulting Services entire client base, all U.S. partners as well as the entire consulting team. This data warehouse was utilized by partners, resource managers and the finance team to accurately measure the revenue activity by industry, line of service, by partner and by consultant.
Managed financial and HR functions for the Pacific Northwest practice resulting in accurate revenue recognition, error free expense submissions and financial reporting for the managing partner which provided the ability for strategic planning for growth in the Seattle area. Approximate gross revenue generated by this regional practice was $7,000,000.
