As a partner of Radiant UX, a human-focused design group, I employ my expertise in interaction and visual design to conceptualize and deliver intuitive experiences for rich internet applications for clients such as Campbell's, Pepperidge Farms, Amie Street, Guardian, Merrill Lynch, NYSE, and Knewton.
Before establishing Radiant UX, I was the founding member of TD Ameritrade's User Experience Group. I worked amongst some of the brightest minds in the financial industry to design usable and useful products for investors and active traders using Alan Cooper's, goal-directed process.
Prior to TD Ameritrade, I was co-founder of Onclave, a knowledge management company that introduced weblogging as a research workflow solution for public relations professionals. I also led the design team at Tripod.com, and helped establish user-centered practices at Terra Lycos during an intense growth period.
Today, Radiant UX is committed to helping established and venture-funded companies create exceptional experiences for their customers. Radiant UX applies strategic interactive design services to challenging ideas and everyday business problems.
