From a very young age, I wanted to be a writer. Starting out at sixteen years old I interned for the Lake Placid News and Press Republican where I reported on stories in Lake Placid local news. I went to college with that in mind graduating from one of the nation's top Journalism programs with a honors degree. While in college I was news director of the radio station, senior columnist for the student newspaper and Sports Information Department intern where I covered Women's Tennis and Men's Basketball.
I was just hired at MTV News to be a staff writer for the comic book movie specific section known as the Splash Page.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuarkXpress, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Mac OS X.
