My Experience-
I'm a longtime resident of Minneapolis, so I know the area inside out.
I have over 17 years experience in real estate and home services (remodeling, investing and management), so I'm well versed in all aspects of home ownership. I became a licensed realtor in 1995.
I have a strong network of connections in many different professions--from mortgage brokers to plumbers, from restaurant proprietors to theater and hotel managers. So whatever you need, it's likely I can personally recommend someone.
I attend many of the neighborhood association meetings to keep up with the changing dynamics of all areas of Minneapolis.
I am well connected in the community and attend most charity and philanthropic events, especially those involving the Minnesota AIDS project, the American Cancer Society, Shubert Theater and more. This has allowed me to create a large network of civic and business leaders in the Twin Cities.
I have served and assisted clients in various capacities for over 20 years making me an expert in customer service, communication and follow through.
