Dave Leno's Summary

Currently, I am the radio voice of the Trenton Freedom and freelance as a play by play announcer and sideline reporter with ESPN3, Big Ten Network & Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast. This summer, I called Japanese baseball games from the One World Sports Studios in Stamford, CT. I also work with US OPEN Radio as an on-air talent for the 2014 US OPEN.

When trying to pinpoint my play by play skills think versatility. I have a knack for calling both Olympic and revenue generating sports. Changing gears from basketball to field hockey to soccer, doesn’t faze me. In fact, working with multiple crews across diverse platforms only sharpens my game-calling.

This confidence stems from my experiences broadcasting numerous ESPN, BTN and Comcast games. Also, I traveled with a few Indiana University Athletics programs as their announcer and reported for a PBS TV affiliate. Last year, I handled public address duties for the Trenton Titans, ECHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers.

I encourage you to take a look at my TV and radio work: daveleno.com. On my website, you’ll spot my passionate and polished on-air pedigree. I am represented by The Legacy Agency.
